Jawbone Doesnt Connect Properly

I have a Jawbone Icon I use with Skype on my Mac when I turn it on it wont connect properly and just pulsates a white light connecting on and off every second.

So to connect it I have to repair it each time.

Anyone know what is causing this?

For starters, I would look over the following articles: this and this. Do you have other Bluetooth devices like the Magic Trackpad, Magic Mouse, wireless keyboard, and an iPhone (for tethering?) all trying to pair with your computer?
