Jawbone Era. It has better noise cancelling than the icon and BlueAnt. If you are not in a hurry I would wait a bit as there where rummors that new Jawbones are just around the corner.

ok. Then of the two you suggested I would go with the Icon. It is not as good as the Era in terms of background noise reduction but better than the blueant. Also IMHO the Jawbone looks better than the BlueAnt.
