im trying to decide between the 3 options for voice commands on the new jawbone icon i bought. who do you prefer?

Why not just use the voice dialer feature to connect to iPhone's voice commands?
I just purchased the Jawbone Icon, and that seems to work fairly well...
I'm curious if there are some other reasons to try those options?

This. I use it all the time, and it's worked flawlessly.

I mostly use it for "Call whoever" but sometimes use "dial 555-1234" which also works.
