JB 3G with redsn0w b4, no carrier version!

Updated to 4.0, set up as new phone, lost MMS capability and 3G data. When I check carrier settings it just says Not Available. Tried doing "reset network settings" and "reset all settings" neither worked. Tried hard reset of phone, didnt work.

How do I update the carrier settings so I gain my mms/data again???

This happened to me, too.

What I did to solve:

1. Restore original fw on iTunes, setup as new phone.
2. JB using 0.9.5b4-3 (you'll see tethering, MMS, etc all working)
3. Run 0.9.54-4 (uncheck Cydia)
