JB 4.3.3 restoring to 4.3.3 problem

Hi all,

I'm having issues with my iPad2 wifi only with applications crashing for lack of memory after using Safari. I was thinking of restore 4.3.3 and jailbreak it again ( I'm on 4.3.3 JB now).

I tried it, but it keeps giving me error 1600. Is there a way to restore it to 4.3.3 ? If not, is there a way to solve the issue of memory without restoring ? I used sbsettings to free memory, but it restart the springboard everytime.

Should I move to IOS 5 ?

Sorry for so many questions but I'm lost
