JB Apps Ive paid for in the past.

Hey guys, Ive JB'd my 3G in the past, when I did I bought a few apps on it. T-lert, LockInfo, & PDANet, I bought them on Rock not Cyndia. Just wondering if I JB my ip4, is there a way to get them back for free since I already paid for them in the past?
