iPhone JB - downgrade to iOS5/6?

If I buy an iphone5/c/s with iOS7 and the ios7 JB is released, will I then be able to downgrade the phone to ios6 or ios5?

First, there is never an option to downgrade an iPhone to an iOS version lower than the one that was built in upon release, so the 5 could never run iOS 5 or below. Only 6 or up.

Secondly, no, the iPhone 4S and up cannot be downgraded to a lower version of iOS, no matter what, even with jailbreak.

Yes, as of now blobs are useless for the iPhone 4S and above. Even with them saved, they are as of now completely useless for the 4S, 5, 5c and 5s.
