Try updating your version of iTunes. I think the version of iTunes that you are running is too old

I made a mistake I meant I have 12.3

Problem solved. I had to reinstall itunes a couple of times, restore my phone make sure you connect your phone to the computer before you open pangu, turn off auto sync make sure it is not trying to sync... turn off itunes.. connect it again make sure it it wont auto run when u connect it then open pangu and start your process took me multiple tries
