I want (badly) to custom my screen, but I have no idea where to modify, install, etc...anything. I have cydia and winter board on my screen...is that where I do everything? I see people posting icons, themes, etc...but I have no idea where to get there.

I know what you mean.. I've been there ( and I'm still no pro) but you just need to explore this website, others, and explore cydia. It's something you're going to have to explore on your own.

Because there are so many things you can customize, nobody can really tell you how to do anything. You just need to explore this site, and cydia. You'll begin to learn it all.

Is cydia the only place to get a theme?

Also, the folders that people are altering for icons...is that ALL done on the phone or was there something installed on my Mac, when going through the jailbreak process? I just don't get it...
