Hi guys,

My battery ran out whilst I was using the iPod (nothing unusual) but when I switched the iPod on the next day when I started charging it, it got stuck on the black screen/white apple. A couple of minutes before the iPod battery died, I installed Intelliscreen and a couple of other things.

I'm running the 1.1.4 firmware and used ziphone's jailbreak method. Had loads of apps on it!

I've had it switched off a couple of hours! It doesn't seem to let me drag any songs of the iPod (through iTunes). I syncd it with a different computer (as I'm at work), I thought it may just boot up into normal mode but it doesn't!

Can any one help please!:mad::confused:

I've also noticed when I've put it on charge it comes up with the same black screen/white apple and ocasionally switches off and starts aging with the black screen/white apple! It is charging by the way!

PLEASE SOME ONE ADVISE!!

Hi, i have the same issue on my second touch (first one had a faulty headphone jack). Unit won't turn on or off unless i connect to my PC. I think it may be an issue with the hold button as this seems quite tempermental.

Does your ipod also go to confirm shutdown screen on/off when you connect to your PC?
