iPod touch Jb update

Hey guys. I have ipod 4g 5.0.1 jb with redsn0w. So i jb my ipod the day pod2g released it. And my friends told me that he has made updates to that jb to fix issues. Can i like rejb ipod with unjb it or just add on the new jb? Or do i just download the corona thing in cydia? Or do i have to unjb then rejb

jb like normal but UNCHECK everyting (inlcuding "Install Cydia")

Or you can install corona from cydia just search for corona in cydia itll install any updates necessary
