iPad JBroked my iPad, now see hidden files?

Hey!

So, like many of you I'm sure, I jailbroke my iPad yesterday. Since then I've had access to a bunch of apps that I'm assuming are typically hidden on the iPad. It's not a big deal, but does anyone know how to rehide them?

I get that from time to time. Respringing usually fixes it.
