I was considering the before, but the iPhone trade in offer for $650 ended last weekend. So now i can't cancel
that doesnt matter to me ive already paid for all my fees and everything so at this point its just waiting to get the phone

you would think that they would do right by the people that preordered first and fill all of their orders and then start filling up store inventories.......
Yea I agree. Everyone who preordered should be getting their devices before walk-in customers.
if they start filling up the stores and there are still people waiting on the back order list i cant see that going over very well. i know that would really rub me the wrong way especially going into the future

Ok...ordered JB 7+ 9/9 @ 1249am PT from Apple with Nov ship date. My card charged & changed to "preparing for shipment" on 9/25. What time frame are you all seeing from preparing for shipment to actually shipped & for those of you with time window frames (Oct 17-Oct 25) was that through Apple? This is frustrating that people that ordered later than me are already getting phones (although I understand & share in their joy!)
I technically ordered 9/9 at 2:02am CST (12:02 PT) through T-Mobile but the guy I talked to never sent out the confirmation email. So because of that, my order was canceled. Then another rep said he could replace my order without me losing my place in the queue. Welp...that was incorrect. Then my shipping date was November. So I talked to the manager of live chat, and the best she could give me was $15. I then contacted a guy at corporate level. He said he could wave the $149 down payment, but he has no power to change my position. Although, another person who had the same issue contacted someone from corporate and got his Jet Black prioritized (mine is Matte Black). So this all prompted me to go to AT&T. I'm very happy I could get it this early.
Mine is still set for oct 3 but I really doubt that I'm getting it that day but surprises do happen! Dude I'm contemplating on getting an all body screen protector for this phone.
Were those Jet Black iPhones?

I have a feeling that they are traveling together. I think that ups doesn't update everyone's tracking status at the same time. These phones i tell ya! They have a lot of stories to tell us about travel when they get to the states. Meanwhile I'm here wondering when I will ever be able to see Japan lol!
