They released them a long time ago. They're called white iPhone 4/4s.

I think it'll likely just be called Ceramic White. That's actually a better fit for glossy finishes. White doesn't show fingerprints as much as black does.

Well, for real I have a couple of white 3G and 3GS phones in my closet, yes. Even have my original June-2007 iPhone in there still.

But, not really interested in selling them ... even if I were, they wouldn't be worth much.
