Jingle playing out of nowhere

For a few days now, I’ve had some sort of jingle play out of nowhere while I’m on my phone.

This is what the Dynamic Island look like when it does

I thought the icon looked like a shortcut icon, so I checked, and I don’t have any shortcut or automation that would do this.

I’ve tried tapping the icon in the Dynamic Island and in the player widget in the control center to open whatever app this was coming from, but it didn’t do anything.

It’ll also stop rather randomly. First time I tried screen recording when it happened it stopped before the recording started. Second time, it kept playing until dismissed the control center.

Any idea what could cause this and most importantly how to get rid of it?

Force close that puzzle game (is that where the jingle is coming from?) I get this at times when audio is playing on trash Instagram, I close the app...but still hear talking or music from it.

Force close that puzzle game (is that where the jingle is coming from?) I get this at times when audio is playing on trash Instagram, I close the app...but still hear talking or music from it.

It has happened on a bunch of different apps. Off the top of my head, I know it happened once while the YouTube app was open (but not playing media)
