Unreal. This document has absolutely zero significance in Steve Jobs history.

Oh well, who am I to decide what a fool does with his money.
I'm not sure.

This paper is (I'm saying this badly) symbolic of how someone with nothing going for them made it.

Think of his psychology at the time. There is a lot of emotion and history attached to this document.

It would be interesting to see this translated to a modern day resume to make a point. However, the end result would probably be a LinkedIn post shared a million times and unnecessary spaces between random dramatic statements...

Yep, a fool that will put it up for auction in 3 years time for over $300k+ to another fool who will do the same 3 years later. ;)

His "possible, but not probable" response is so Steve.

Not sure which is more staggering: that someone actually thought to keep that seemingly random document or that 47 years later, that same seemingly random document would sell for over $222,400.

They bought a sheet of paper for 200 large.

I got a copy of that sheet of paper for free. I mean, it's not the original. But I've pretty much seen all there is to see other than some yellowing paper. I might not having something to hang on the wall, but I'm not out over $200k either.
