Steve used to say that all the time in the old days from what I gather.. It was coined as part of the unveiling of the first Macintosh. He says it in this LONG video, when he is talking about how well the Macintosh turned out.

I'm not exactly sure when the first time Steve said it was. But he did famously use the phrase during the unveiling of the original Macintosh in 1984
