Are you hoping on getting a job with a firm in the country you are leaving, or the country you are moving to?

Country I'm leaving from. The idea is to have a part time job of some sort. Minimal education. I'm trying to help someone who had 2 years of business education and is looking to relocate to South America for 1-3 years.
