All iPads John Lewis Return Policy

    Has anyone returned an opened and used ipad to John Lewis within the 1st week successfully?

    I am deliberating if I should return my 32GB Air for a 64GB Mini Retina.

    I'm pretty sure John Lewis are good with returns. They list the phone numbers for their stores on their website, you could call and ask - http://www.johnlewis.com/our-shops

    Yes they will honour this return. I'm going to go with the mini!

    I bought a mini a week before the air. Used it and everything. They just checked it over and then exchanged it for the air :)

    I've checked with them as well. You have 90 days to return it. I don't know wether or not they'll charge you a re-stocking fee but I didn't find anything saying they would. I'm actually considering buying my next attempt at an iPad there in a few weeks. An additional year of warranty is really sweet!

    I've spoken to them and they will accept it (it's better if you buy online). So I am returning it for a refund then will get either a 64GB or 128GB rMini
