John Wick Dolby Vision glitch at 1:33.10

While watching John Wick at the 1 hour, 33 min and 10 sec Mark it pops up with “No Data” image very briefly. Anyone else get the same thing?

The 4k streams are riddled with errors. I watched the sequel today and it completely loses subtitles for the Russian language parts. Checked the regular HD stream and they are there. The whole 4k catalogue seems rushed out to me.
