joining 2 mp4 files

I have ripped a DVD to mp4 but the film was on 2 disks and I have 2 mp4 files. What can I use to join both files together.
 
If you have QuickTime Pro then you can copy the second file, open the first, jump to the end, then paste.
 
If you don't have Quicktime Pro, you can do the same thing in iMovie 06 (Don't know about '08 yet).
