macOS Joining the Apple developer program

I want to join the Apple developer program but as an organisation and not as an individual. The problem is I don't want to incorporate my business just yet as I don't have the money to pay accounting fees etc. If I sign up as an individual, can I move my developer registration to a limited company account when I have the money available?
