Joke of the day - Online chat support - Sit and wait

So, had a question on my MobileMe account. Go into the support options. And, they suggest a chat discussion (rather than offering me an e-mail link).

So, I figure that should be a reasonably quick option.

Well, instead, it gives me a box that says:

"A MobileMe Support Representative will be with you in approximately 43 minutes"

So, I'm expected to just sit at the computer and wait for them to get around to opening up a chat discussion with me?

It's gotten down to 41 minutes a couple of times, but keeps going back up to 43 minutes. So, it could be sometime tomorrow for all I know.

I got that too, I think its a typo for 41 hours or days or something. Apple has lost a lot of points in my book.
