I just saw this video of the intro of the unibody MacBook in 2008.

I thought i saw a white apple watch sport band 😛 Maybe he based it on one his watches 😛

Just thought it'd be a bit interesting to see 😛

Good eye! The Apple sport band is pretty much a direct copy of Newson's late 1990s Ikepod design...

After nearly 20 years of synthetic rubber progress since Newson's 1996 version, one would hope so 🙂

Jony and Marc were already good friends. Marc's advice must have been a huge influence on the Watch's design from the very beginning.
