Journals for Mac OSX

I am looking for a freeware programme that enables me to keep a text journal of plants and that will allow me to add photos to it. I would appreciate any help with this - thanks !

You can use the Rich Text mode of TextEdit to paste pictures and write notes. Works pretty well and comes with the OS for free 🙂
