I'll guess July 22nd. They will push it towards the end of July, but try not to wait until the 29th. Of course, since this will be a download now instead of physical media, I don't even know if they will stick with Friday as their release day.

No idea if they traditionally release an OS on a Tuesday vs a Friday, etc., but my guess is Tuesday July 12th.
