July 2019 Intel 13 inch MacBook Pro Screen Issue

Just wondering has anyone seen screen issues like this on a July 2019 Intel 13 inch MacBook Pro?

And that laptop is out of warranty - I was just wonder how much would it cost for Apple to replace the display?

And the computer is only 2 years old

The screen is still working, but it would be annoying watching a movie on it the screen like that.

Looks like a cracked screen, which happens on every model. Don't recall the cost of repair (they'd just replace it).
