Done now waiting for August 🤣 It didn't say 9 different days so I did my 45 min ride in 9 x 5 min sections (workouts had to be at least 5 mins)

Mine is to close my Move ring 16 times. Very doable!

I’m often over 98 minutes a day, but it varies based on the intensity of my exercises. Still doable.

So why did I get this?

Because I stayed at a hotel with an inside bike. Just as well I have one at home or I’d be screwed.

Does make you think what if I’d gone for a swim? I don’t have a pool at home sadly!

Mine is to meet my move goal at least 17 times this month. My personal goal is to do this within the first 20 days, ideally 17 but I’m allowing myself some grace.
