Y’all I got an easy one. Burn 🔥 522 calories on my move ring 14 times at least for this month. They determine the goal based on what types of workouts or how you’d fill your activity rings.

How come yours have a calorie count double than mines? Which move goal did you set in Activity app?

Has nothing to do with move goal, a calorie challenge is based on the actual average calories burnt over the past month or 2 or 3

Ohhhh no wonder some months when I use my Apple Watch to do lots of Fitness+ workouts and tracking my walks altogether some months tell me to double my Move ring a few times, or establish a certain distance if I run or walk a lot in a month.

Same here. Just finished a morning workout on Apple Fitness+ to end the month strong, before watching the Olympics.

Same. I only had a chance to go to the park for an outdoor walk a few times due to triple digit temperatures, so the entire summer is mostly an Apple Fitness+ filled summer of working out in the home gym.
My favorite trainers are Anja, Jonelle, Marimba, Dice, Sam Sanchez and Jessica.
