Apologies if this has already been posted

Rubber-tread backing
Sleeker design

July 17, 2009 release date"

It has already been posted on Appleinsider.com and other sites that the source of these rumors is highly suspect as being anything close to accurate, especially for some claims like 1.5X battery life and OLED screen.

July 27th? the article you're quoting says the 17th. and yes, this has been posted many times in many different places yesterday.

I think everyone needs to realize that these specifications are someone speculative. While many (maybe even all) could be on target, its unlikely. I've seen so many rumors of what the next phone will and will not be. We really won't know for sure until WWDC. I expect apple to unveil the new phone then and we'll be able to buy a new one on July 17th.
