One is I have to do 74 workouts this month then the next one beside it wants me to go 220 miles. Ugh going to be a busy month.

I still only have the standard move goal one but my other one seldom appears before about the third or fourth if the month. I often find it starts out as one thing and changes a day or so later; never had two at once though! Wonder whether one will disappear?

This moth I hope they both do lol.

Just one. In my observation the challenges sometimes appear and sometimes not throughout the month.

Still a boring reaches your move goal everyday for me. :(

I’ve always gotten both for the past 8 months, but I’ve also completed both for the past 8 months. It was spotty if I didn’t get the move goal each month.

I didn't get two but every month for the past few months, it gives me one challenge and then it changes to another later in the day.

Early this morning, my challenge was to double my move goal 11 times. Now it's changed to needing 46 workouts of 15 minutes or more.

I also have the normal move goal every day of the month challenge that every one gets.

I do every day a 60min hometrainer bycicle workout for 1000cal. Started last year in October again and changing my schedule would be bad.

And why should someone do 70+ workouts in one month. One for 30min is good enough and you don't have to shower twice.

Mine is 41 workouts of 15m (again, such a stupid goal. Why not 20x30m? 15x45m?) and my wife got a much more challenging 18k or so calories for the month. Last month she had the ~40 workouts, and I only had to double my Move ring a whopping 6 times.

I'm just tired of these challenges. At first it motivate me but in june it ask me to do like 30 workouts and now in july I have to close my 3 rings 31 times this months, in other words, everyday. Here in Montreal right now the temperature is so hot that I already didn't complete my first day yesterday so, I'm screwed already for this month lol.

A challenge should be "fun". I don't train myself every single day.

This is my complaint to, if I run a half marathon today my watch don’t care as it means nothing tomorrow but I sure don’t feel like doing anything for a few days exercise wise.

I quite like the randomness of them.

I had the close all three rings 31 days one in May and it made me focus. I usually do close all three rings anyway but it made me move when I'd had a lazy day. I don't work out though so the concept of a rest day isn't really a useful one for me. Day to day life is enough to close the stand and exercise rings and my Move goal is now set low enough to encourage me to double it regularly.

This month I have to complete 9 workouts. That's not something I'd usually do, so this month I'll start an Outdoor Walk workout occasionally when I'm off out somewhere on foot. As I'm driving to work at the moment, that'll actually make me walk more so it's a good thing.

Yup. Move goal 24 times and Stand goal 26 times. Wonder which one will stick.

Problem is I didn't get credit for meeting both on the first two days of the month. This is the first time I've had issues with the activity app.

iOS 12 Dev beta 3 fixed my Awards tab and also made my July Challenges appear, I got 2, I've already completed one of them apparently.

You just have to get in the habit of stopping the watch's workout after 15 minutes and restart a new one. Stupid, and should be fixed by Apple, but that is how you get your workouts in. Apple really needs to take some user feedback into account on this. This was clearly programed by someone that never leaves their desk.

That’s what I’m doing with my daily 5K Run, at the turn around point I stop it and start a new run. I use Runkeeper on my phone to track all my miles and time anyway.

I only got one- but I earned it already. I never knew what it was because it wasn't syncing.
It says "You earned this award by going 7.4 mi in July 2018"

Some of the challenges have discouraged my activity, but in general they mean that my wife and I are intentionally being more active. Even out of town we made sure we were closing all our rings.
