Here's mine.

It's pretty much a combination of idea's and a wallpaper between the 2 links below. I loved the wallpaper from the first one but also liked the "room" style of the second, but thought it was a little too "busy". And I'm too inept at this sort of thing to implement some of the ideas there myself! The iTunes control on the TV actually works in sync with iTunes courtesy of Bowtie.
