In response to a couple questions:

If you download OnyX, you can place the dock in the corners of your screen.

Yes, that's Zooey Deschanel.

The iTunes bar at the bottom is a Yahoo! Widget Engine widget called, appropriately enough, "iTunes Bar."

I can't remember where I got those Dock icons, but I know other people here have them, so maybe somebody could help out with that.
