the theme is called Wurp VS, which can be found here

i am using Yahoo Widgets for the calendar and weather widgets. ive customised them a bit (removed backgrounds, changed font colour etc) to make it fit better with the theme and background.

apart from that, its basically just Windows XP 😛

I got it off the splinter cell website, but it had some splinter cell logo's on it, and was only for 1600 x 1200, so I photoshopped the junk out and widescreened it.

I actually believe it's done with SnapShooter, but I could be wrong.
