It's a highly modded version of CoverSutra.

I have a lot of various cover styles, and I have also moved the text position to the right - and if you look at the attached screenshot, I have the menubar icon, and search field customised as well.

I like what you've done there. Did you mod it yourself? Care to divulge? Particularly the sticky tape album cover thing! Me likes!
