I would love to know what theme/message style you're using for Adium. Love the tabbed messages on the left.

Adium > Preferences > General > Show tabs on the: Left.

The message style is Modern Bubbling with the bubbles modded to have a more matte look.
If you have Safari 4 installed you'll have to do some editing to fix visual glitches mentioned here.
