Jumping screen on text input

Anyone experience this...

I was trying to post on this forum from my iPhone and when you select a field it zooms in - good thing. But every time I type a character, the screen bounces to the top and then snaps back... not really allowing you to see what you are typing.

I have experienced this on several sites.

join the club🙁 you have to be zoomed out to enter text properly, still no reason why it does that though

Well... I am posting this from my iphone and the problem seems to have gone away. I am in landscape mode?
