So my June challenge is 20 workouts of at least 5 minutes each. I do all my workouts with Strava which has always worked flawlessly in the past. I got up to 9 workouts and now every time I do one I deducts one from the total so now I’m back down to 5 again. Anyone else ever seen this?
 
I usually do a stretching routine with a bit of yoga movements every morning for 15-20 minutes.

Instead of choosing the flexibility workout I just chose yoga instead to complete it. 🧘‍♂️

Although Im not against doing a separate yoga only routine later on.
