Ohh thats good to hear then!!You can walk. I often do repeats of running/walking intervals that I created for both indoor and outdoor running workouts, and they’re always counted as runs.
Ill give it a go and hope for the best.
Would choosing between indoor or outdoor for the run makes any difference to help count for it if going for the faster pace walking only?
