Mine is walk or run 83.5 miles this month. I’m curious if this means I have to do workouts, or if it just records any walking or running I do during the day. If it’s the latter, then piece of cake. If it’s the former, then it may be time for me to stop thinking about taking up running again and actual”y do it.

I got 94.7 miles, it includes regular distance without recording a workout. You should already see some progression in the awards section.

Not sure I am making mine this month - 65,400 calories / 2,180 per day. You push to reach the previous months goal then it seems to think you want to take that even farther - :oops:
 
Walk or run 178,4 km this month.
If all goes well it's doable..
Fingers crossed, because another lockdown will make this months challenge impossible!

24,500 calories. 816 calories per day. Not super hard, but annoying. With gyms closed, it hard to motivate to burn that many.

I have been walking 5-7 miles a day. I only run once maybe twice a week. 2 miles usually.
