They are not, I just got off the phone with Apple. I called, after reading this to see if anything was happening. Nothing is happening. They are not processing orders today. June orders will not be filled for quite a while. I have been trying to decide whether to keep the 38mm which came Friday or go with the 42mm I ordered on the 11th which is still processing and set for June.
Don't believe that at all.
1. Multiple people over the in the space gray thread have had their cards charged and status changed to preparing to ship today.
2. About June orders, both my watch and my girlfriends were ordered like 6am eastern time on the 10th and we're both given June shipment windows. She currently is wearing her watch. So to say June shipments won't process is just not true.
Don't care what your "Apple rep" said on the phone.
After seeing NUMEROUS people have their white sports weeks after I ordered mine this simply isn't true. I ordered at 10:42 GMT on the 10th for a SG Sport yet someone i know ordered a blue sports about a week after me and it arrived for launch day. After seeing this I have placed an order for this to see what happens.
I hate to say it, but apple reps are just ordinary people. They don't sit around and analyze statistics like we're all doing here, comparing our orders to others. That being said, we, the public, should have more knowledge on our orders than they would.
Apple Reps are known for giving out wrong answers,Dont believe everything they tell you. People are posting pictures of their order changes today.
Ordered a 38mm silver sport with a white band. I have an estimated delivery date of June.
This morning my status changed from Processing to Preparing for shipment. Still says Available to Ship - June.

Hey everyone! I know you all are super down because you guys have a June delivery and I'm so sorry 
but I wouldn't be sad because there's a huge chance your watch will ship soon!
If you got a 38 Sport model in the colors of blue, white, or green there's a big chance your order will have some movement sometime in the next week. Don't worry guys! There's tons of hope Just because your order says June, does not mean it's gonna actually take that long. Don't worry.
If you didn't order one of those watches and are desperate for one, I suggest you do. You can always trade out your band if it's not your top choice.
Don't suffer. The wait sucks but be happy. Your watch will be here soon.
Don't make your life all about a watch too. Don't constantly check your status and be obsessive. Go out with friends. Make yourself busy. Have fun! It'll be here before you know it.

Are you keeping your watch? When it arrives ? Last I saw you were going to sell it cause apple missed the launch day.
It'll come earlier than June.

Your watch should come before then. Just because it says it'll be here in 4-6 weeks, does not mean that's true.

I ordered a 42mm Sport SG with Black Band (seems to be a very popular variant) about 24hrs after they went on pre-order and definitely have a June ship date. I was super surprised. Hoping it'll come sometime in May. It seems like Apple is aware of what they physically need to make now and will hopefully reflect that in their supply and shipment chains. The Apple rep I spoke to did say to expect it sooner than June. Who knows though!
Some ppl have suggested to do what you and I have done. Which is order more than one. But I wonder if having more than one order is actually having and adverse effect, like maybe slowing the process down. Just speculating.
Edit: In my case I used the same card to order a couple of watches. And a different card to order another etc. all tied to the same iTunes account. I have enough to cover all the watches hypothetically if they all processed at the same time. But maybe it somehow screws me up doing it that way.
