June deliveries, share your pain and suffering here.

Looks like lots of movement on the 42mm White Sport here in Europe recently. I ordered on the 27th, but nothing yet. With all of our holidays here in France in May, it could be a long month.
 
For all those who have ordered sport models and received the EOD-V2 and had the shipping dates bumped up to May 21- June or May 29- Jun 11th, your wait will not be much longer, probably another 2 weeks, as the majority about 95% of the original 04/24-05/08 deliveries sport orders has already been delivered or prepared for shipment, as well as the original 4-6 weeks deliveries... Just a few people in the 4-6 week crew are still waiting on sports models to go to prepare for ship, as their dates were suppose to be 05/21 but most has received their watches this week or it is preparing for ship! Given the fact of how early their receiving their watches, so should the customers who received the new EOD-V2... Apple is focusing mainly on sports bands because thats where the bulk of their money is coming from! Not only because of the cheaper price but because its just plain and simple more versatile to where with any occasion... Its the most in demand and thats where their focus is at the moment!! Nobody who has ordered an sports band with original delivery estimates has had to wait til the last week... Given the pattern, this will continue and and original June estimates that has recently switched to May-June will be receiving their watches no later than the end of the week after next around the 14th-15th!!
P.S.- The supposedly kink thats been found in the watches were found preproduction before launch, so nobody that has received watches thus far should have those issues.

i'm trying to figure out which will come first, my June order being delivered OR availability in stores. If they do then i'll just buy it in stores and cancel the preorder. whichever comes first.

Would be a massive disaster for Apple I think.

C: delay in store until all pre-orders are fulfilled - how much worse can the apple watch retail experience get anyway?
 
I cancelled my Sport set for delivery late may/early june and opted to buy the SS.
So now im right back at the back of the queue: Processing June
oh well, on holiday for two weeks in may so should pass the time

At that time they want to launch in 2nd wave countries. If they launch 2nd wave & don't have in-store inventory in some 1st wave countries it will be a -gate for sure.

Based on others' experience of delivery in 2-3 days, I have ordered another with a quicker moving strap. Lets see what happens. The Link models are an absolute joke.
 
Well after trying on the 42 I've opted to go with 38. I'm right in the middle with my wrist size so I decided to go smaller and save the €50. ( I live in France ). I was really surprised to see that all the 38 Sport models, except the SG, are now 2-3 weeks shipping instead of June. My 38 is scheduled between May 19-26. So I guess I'm out of the June delivery window now. But I hope you all get your watches much sooner that expected.

Sorry buddy, I call complete BS on this, especially without any sort of source. You're pulling those numbers out of thin air.
 
I don't know what his sources are, but I get the exact same impression from obsessively following the day-to-day shipping reports on this forum.
