I have a really cool idea for a desktop. I might try it out later but don't have the time now. What if you made 30 (?) pictures of a calender in Photoshop, each one highlighting one day. You could then name them 1, 2, 3, 4, and so on. Then you could put them into the Pictures folder and then setup System Prefs to change the picture each day. You would also have to make sure that the "Random" selection is unchecked. Then, every day it would update with the picture of a calender with the current day highlighted.:D I'll post pics if I do it later tonight. Ok, if anyone tries this please post pictures.

Notice the 'Desktopness' was me clearing out everything blocking the picture. I really should clean it all up. :cool:
 
i just got my macbook two weeks ago so this is my first post.

ive been rotating between a few desktops so here they are.

Whenever I first wake my Powerbook up, it will say something insane like 150 hours remaining on battery life. It then goes back down to normal. Must be a bug. Anyways, he probably took that screenshot the instant after he woke up his computer
