I called the Dutch Apple store today, and the guy told me that he even wasn't aware of the fact that there would be this 'gtx285". I told him there was one available now in the apple store in the US, to which he replied that it was strange the other Apple Stores outside the US didnt get this videocard yet.

He went away and ask his colleauges but they didnt have an answer too.

So in the end he told me I just should keep an eye out, he was certain it would be updated soon, because it wouldnt be normal if the US apple store has something and the european dont.
