Well, I worked a ten hour day and no issues. It feels a lot better to hold while typing in portrait mode.
heh... like my cousin eugene always says:
"if you want a plastic feel in portrait mode get a samsung".

Has anyone used a i4 or i4S with out a case and never scratched the back glass? If so, how long was it caseless?
I don't use a case on my 4S, but use a front and rear screen protector and it's in very good shape even when I accidentally place it in a pocket with coins and keys; no scratches.
Well that's exactly what many people do.... If you don't use a case on your phone then the chances are it will end up with a load of scratches all over it.... Look at the iPhone 5 now.... It's so badly designed for every day caseless use
No, you didn't. OP - I've never used a case on an iPhone. For the 4 you may get some light scratching, but there's not a product in existence that you can handle upwards of 50+ times a day that won't show some type of wear after you use it. I don't sell my phones so it doesn't really matter to me, it depends on how much it will bother you.
I do not use cases on my phone. I do install a clear skin to protect from scratches, but I do not consider that a case.
I've dropped the iP4 three times from my lap onto concrete drive (twice) and asphalt while getting out of car/van...the asphalt caused the chip on theropod edge of the front glass. Sent from my iPad.
Some have, some have not. Doesn't really mean anything with regard to whether or not you will scratch yours. If you're concerned about scratches then take whatever precautions you're willing to deal with.Has anyone used a i4 or i4S with out a case and never scratched the back glass?
So it wasn't bare?
