Just a quick question about Apple

    I ordered an IPAD PRO and paid extra for guaranteed shipping to receive it today, however its not even in the same province as me( i'm in Alberta and it is in Saskatchewan) so unless UPS are miracle workers i'm not going to get it today. From experience will Apple refund the shipping cost if I ask? and also does anyone know the best way to email them to let them know that it missed the guaranteed shipping?

    I would actually contact UPS first via customer service relations, to determine if they can provide you any further details. But yes, Apple will refund your payment method for the shipping cost if UPS fails to deliver on time. And I would contact Apple directly through Phone.
