Just a quickie: Black or Grey?

Cant decide between black or grey background. Black looks more 'shiny' but grey looks more relevant. Just want an overall idea of peoples thoughts. I may go with the grey. 🙂

Im sticking with websafe colours so the next darkest shade is infact black and the next lightest shade is pretty much similar to the main 'box'.

My style (and philosophy) is keep it simple. Why over complicate matters when you can finish early and be in the pub sooner while still having good looking work. 😀

Your main box is gradiented, so bye bye web-safe.

Both colors are bad because of the main box (needs to be lighter to be easier on the eyes).

Yup. 😀 That was my first thought just looking at the thumbnails, thought I'd do ya justice and looked at them full-sized... just reaffirmed my first thought.

Try #222222 gray, looks better than both choices pictured.
