Just added some OWC RAM - now my MBP rocks!

Aloha everyone,
I'm not sure if I'm the only one, but Photoshop CS5 used to run like a pig on my late 2008 MBP. I talked my wife into purchasing 6GB of OWC RAM and it came in yesterday. After installed it, I noticed that even Photoshop didn't put a dent into its performance. The difference between having 2GB and 6GB RAM is incredible! I would recommend to anyone needing upgrades.

On that note, I also noticed that they're selling NuRAM, from Newer Technologies, and at a cheaper price than their own RAM. I may just have to talk my wife into more RAM for my late 2009 iMac as well 😀

The best thing, however, is that it only took five days to get to my house - in Honolulu, HI! 😀

I got 4GB from OWC as well.

I wish 8GB wasn't that expensive 🙁

I did the same thing last month increase from 2 Gb to 4Gb, then last week on of the modules died, contacted OWC they are sending out a replacement without any fuss or problem, I kept my old ram, so still going.

So pretty impressed with their service.

I've made all my past memory purchases through OWC. These guys are indeed great.
