No jailbreak for 4.3.5 You will very likely need to wait until after iOS5 release, right now expected to be in September. The jailbreak for iOS5 might be days/weeks/months following the release, so you probably have a bit of a wait.

Did you purchase from the Apple store?? Return it and try a Target or Walmart if you 4.3.3 on it

It's only tethered for iPhones/Touches and maybe the iPad 1, not sure though.

Phew i just bought one myself, actually trying to type on it for the first time as we speak and mine came with 4.3.3 installed. U may return and try it at a place that isnt too well known or in an area with poor ppl. Thats how i did it lol

Luckily, mine came with 4.3.3 as well! I just got it yesterday. By the way, I got mine from Best Buy.
