Most of the time I have my MBP pluged into the AC and the battery meter in the screen says Charged... even though is charged, can I keep using it with the AC connected or when is charged I have to use the battery until is drain and than charge it again?...

you can use it with the AC plug in as long as you want to, it stops charging by itself when full and the laptop will use AC power. it's good advice they say to run a discharge and charge cycle at least once a month if you use it plugged all the time.
